…Or, New York Comic Con, for those who prefer the long, non-rhyming phrasing. It’s to be held Oct. 11-14 this year, at the Javits Center in New York City.
Mr. Rick Burchett will be there. So will I (Eric). We’ll let you guys know more about Rick’s signing schedule as the convention date grows closer (my own schedule will involve walking around looking for cheap trades of old adventure strips, getting stabbed repeatedly by the over-sized weaponry of clumsy cos-players, and being much more excited to see Roscoe “Sesame Street’s Gordon” Orman than any adult should be).
But the question is: Will you be there? If so, let us know in the comments section or send us an Aethergram. We’d like to meet you all and see your smiling faces in person, and may have some plans in the works that depend on whether any of you are coming!

I’ll be at NYCC.
I’ll be there!
I am a Day 1 Lady Sabre follower and long time Greg and Rick supporter. I am incredibly excited that you guys will be there and obtaining a Lady Sabre sketch from Rick is now at the TOP of my list for NYCC this year! Can’t wait!
And I’ll be more than happy to do a sketch for you, Joseph. Tell you what, if you have an idea of what you’d like, let me know. That way I can do the sketch now and bring it with me to NYCC. The only stipulation I have is that I’d like to limit the sketch to a single character. Let me know…
Wow, Rick, that is an incredible gesture. It would have to be her Ladyship of course and as for the details of the piece, I leave it toally in your hands! Of the two of us, you’re the artist
Very much looking forward to thanking you in person.
I’ll be there on Saturday! Can’t wait to meet you guys! I’ve been following Sabre since Day 1 and have enjoyed the entire run so far.
I’d love to get a sketch too
I’ll be at the Con Friday and Saturday. I’ve yet to find a book by Greg or Rick that hasn’t been great.
And although I love Lady Sabre, I’m dying for a Queen & Country sketch by Rick!
I’ll be there Thursday and Friday at the Essential Sequential table with copies of my book with Tim Sale, “Kiss Miss Carol: A Crime Story of Christmas” for sale. I’ll try to come by and say hi.
