ONE:
New angle, DRAKE watching Sabre. He’s still not sure what to make of her.
1. WEST/off: Still finding your legs?
TWO:
DRAKE turning his head enough to speak to WEST, who’s now standing next to him, similarly watching Sabre, off. WEST has a grin.
2. DRAKE: They reside just where I left them, Mister Thane.
3. WEST: Sure they do, at that.
THREE:
DRAKE and WEST, both watching SABRE in the BG.
She’s clambering up higher on the foremast, now standing on the topgallant yard. She’s having the time of her life.
NO COPY.
FOUR:
On DRAKE and WEST, watching. DRAKE as before. He’s getting frustrated with this woman, but he is, of course, doing everything he can to conceal this fact.
4. DRAKE: She ever come down?
5. WEST: Eventually.

Were I Lady Sabre, I would not want to leave that spectacular view either !
Looking forward to seeing both Sabre and Drake in action together
Not having read all of the comments on all previous chapters, I don’t know if this has been brought up, but… Does West look like Alan Hale on purpose? Or did Rick’s mind do that unconsciously?
Abraham Lincoln is part of their crew?
That is not, in fact, the 16th president, but his half brother, Elmo, the first actor to portray Tarzan of the Apes in a movie. A common error.
The beauty of webcomic pacing having no limitations. Being able to see the moments unrelated to the plot (as far as we know?) and just focus on character development is superb.
I am wondering if the situation would be somewhat reversed if they were riding the plains.
If it was, Lady S wouldn’t let it show.
In the immortal words of Zaphod Beeblebrox, “Style, friend. Style.”
Hah, in this moment I feel much closer to Drake than Lady S.
