ONE:
Angle, DRAKE has drawn and is dropping the GUNMAN who has barely managed to clear his pistol before being shot in the heart.

PAYNE, the other GUNMEN, are beginning to move.

1. SFX: KRAK

TWO:
DRUM pivots, firing from the hip as he moves, blasting another GUNMAN in the HIP; the GUNMAN is falling forward, his legs going out behind him.

2. SFX: CHOOM

THREE:
PAYNE sliding behind one of the CRATES as a ROUND from Drake’s pistol sends splinters flying.

3. SFX: KRAK
4. SFX: thnk

Screen 2
ONE:
Of the five gunmen, three are left, and only now are they getting their asses in gear; ONE GUNMAN has his long gun at his shoulder and is pounding out SHOTS as fast as he can, trying to hit DRAKE.

A SECOND GUNMAN has dropped to a knee, using a CRATE for protection, and is now squeezing off shots at DRUM.

The THIRD GUNMAN is fanning his pistol, sending a wild spray of bullets roughly in Drake and Drum’s direction.

1. SFX: KRAKKRAKKRAKKRAKKRAKKRAKKRAKKRAK
2. SFX: BLAMM BLAMM
3. SFX: tnk tk-ow
4. SFX: krakkrakKRAK

TWO:
DRUM popping up from behind the STEAM ENGINE and firing, as DRAKE slides into cover, next to him. Shots pinging off the steam engine’s casing.

5. SFX: CHOOM

6. SFX: tink TNK spa-kow

THREE:
The THIRD GUNMAN flops back.
