Hope Elmer isn’t dead. Maybe the handcuffs deflected some of the force of the blast and it all looks worse than it was. I’d like to more about that talky rogue.

The gun is steam powered, and that’s a release valve. If the gun builds too much pressure you can use that to bleed the line and reduce pressure.
